Serial UM5900 is a Uberti 1873 Bisley made in 2020, a single-action revolver in .357 Magnum with a 5.5-inch barrel, blue finish and wooden Bisley-pattern grips. The seller rates it in excellent condition overall, and it is catalogued under cowboy action shooting and replicas.

The Bisley grip shape is the point of this revolver, and a Connecticut shooter who runs cowboy action matches or simply enjoys a single action at the range is the natural buyer. The 5.5-inch barrel gives a useful sight radius. Transfer works like any handgun in the state: a pistol permit or Handgun Eligibility Certificate, available from 21, then the dealer's DESPP authorization number after the background check, with no fixed waiting period after approval. Count it against the three-handgun limit per 30 days if you are buying more than one.
