Returns & Exchanges
Firearm sales are final once the transfer is completed at the receiving FFL — federal regulations don’t allow us to “take back” a transferred firearm. Below is the full breakdown of what is and isn’t returnable.
Unfired Firearms
If a firearm has a manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer’s warranty service or arrange a repair/exchange directly. Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll handle it.
Ammunition
Unopened ammunition can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days. Opened or partial boxes cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Accessories
Unopened, unused accessories return within 30 days for a full refund. Installed or used accessories return for store credit only.
Defective Items
If something arrives broken or wrong, email us a photo within 48 hours. We make it right — replacement, refund, or repair, whichever fits.
