This Mossberg ATR is a modern bolt-action rifle in .270 Winchester, serial ATR032276, with a 22-inch round fluted barrel and an internal magazine. It comes topped with a Vortex Crossfire II 6-24x50 scope. The metal wears a matte blue finish, the safety sits on the side, and the stock is black checkered synthetic. It shows light wear and handling marks, the seller calls it good overall, and the bore is excellent.

Connecticut's private-land rifle season for deer runs November 18 to December 8 in 2026, and the state allows rifles of 6mm or .243 and larger on private parcels of 10 acres or more, which a .270 clears comfortably. Sunday deer hunting is also private land only, so this rig is for the hunter with permission on a farm or woodlot rather than a state forest, where only shotguns and muzzleloaders are allowed. The high-magnification scope suits longer views across open fields.
