Shipping, returns and FFL transfer
- Firearm: ships only to a licensed Connecticut FFL dealer that you name at checkout. The dealer checks your permit or eligibility certificate, completes ATF Form 4473 and the background check, and charges their own transfer fee. We never ship a firearm to a home address. Shipping and FFL transfers
