Description
1858 Remington Conversion Revolver Specifications This versatile firearm provides for an easy transition from black powder to center-fire cartridges. The gun’s original frames were dovetailed to allow the ejector assembly to slide into place. A loading-lever screw, passing through from the left side of the frame, secures the ejector assembly. A small notch cut into the loading lever creates a rest for the L-shaped tip of the ejector rod. The firearm is steel with steel back-strap and brass trigger guard. 1858 Remington Conversion Revolver Specifications Brand: Taylors and Company Category: Revolvers Caliber: 45 Colt (LC) Model: 1858 Series: Remington Conversion Action: SAO Barrel Length Range: 8″ to 8.99″ Sights: Dovetail Blade Front, Notched Rear Capacity: 6 Cylinder Finish: Blued Frame Description: Blued Grips: Walnut Hammer Style: Exposed OAL: 13.80″ Weight: 41.60 oz Barrel Description: Octagon Barrel Finish: Blued Barrel Length: 8″
