SIG Sauer's Elite V-Crown load in 10mm carries a 200-grain jacketed hollow point over a brass case, packed 20 to a box. The V-Crown bullet uses a cannelure around the jacket and a toothed jacket mouth so the nose opens in a controlled, consistent way. It is a standard-pressure loading meant for pistols and carbines chambered in 10mm.

This is a defensive load rather than a range load, and the 20-count box reflects that: enough to load a pistol's magazines and keep a reserve. Run a portion of it through your own 10mm to confirm it feeds and prints where your sights say, then store the rest. The brass case and hollow point design apply equally in a 10mm carbine, which SIG lists as a compatible platform, so one box can serve both guns if you own the pair.
