The dealer checks your pistol permit or eligibility certificate, calls in the DESPP authorization and hands the gun over. Connecticut has its own assault weapons law and a 10-round magazine limit, so your dealer only transfers items that are legal in the state; if something cannot be transferred, we refund it.
